Email digests integration

Daily and weekly branded digests, sent on the cadence you choose.

Most teams will not log into a dashboard every morning, and we are comfortable with that. The daily and weekly digest is the lowest- friction way to keep an entire team current — one branded email, one severity rollup, one tap to open the source. It is the only integration we recommend for every workspace, not just the ones with a dedicated competitive intelligence owner.

What it looks like in your inbox

Sample of a daily digest. The same template renders weekly with a seven-day rollup.

Sample of a daily digest email: Northstar Labs received 1 high-severity and 4 total competitor changes in the last 24 hours, including an Acme Corp pricing change.

What it does

  • Daily digest at the hour you choose, in your team's time zone, with severity rollup at the top so a busy week is still scannable in 30 seconds.
  • Weekly digest on the day you pick — a wider net for narrative and hiring shifts that do not move the needle in 24 hours.
  • Per-recipient delivery, so each teammate can subscribe, unsubscribe, or change their cadence without affecting anyone else on the workspace.
  • Branded, plain-text-friendly HTML that renders cleanly in Gmail, Outlook web, and Apple Mail — including dark-mode-aware colours.
  • Bounce and complaint handling: addresses that bounce or mark a digest as spam are auto-suppressed, and the admin sees them in the suppression list.

How to set it up

  1. 1Sign up — every workspace is enrolled in the weekly digest by default, sent to the email you logged in with.
  2. 2Open Settings and pick the cadence in the Digest frequency panel: Off, Weekly, or Daily.
  3. 3Below it, the When should it land? panel sets the send hour in UTC, plus the day of the week if you chose Weekly.
  4. 4The Next digest preview directly under those panels shows the exact moment the next one will arrive, so you can confirm the schedule before walking away.
